Related to our Weekly Addendum last week, issues on accessing the “Clients Only” tab were addressed this week, mostly by adjustments in the number of user accounts and personally showing a few clients how to use the features of the website. If you are a current client and have difficulty accessing the “Clients only pages”, please contact us.
The ant is still leading in our FUN POLL to find out who’s worthy of the title “most hardworking” among the insects (see the topmost feature of the sidebar to the right). The bee and the termite also have their respective following. As you can guess, the contest is still far from over as the votes are slow to arrive. Will anyone root for the wasp or the dung beetle?
On the Social Postscripts portion of this WASPS, some of you might have seen our 22-month old daughter’s pet rhino beetle (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae) a few weeks ago when Josephine posted a photo in the Insect Experts Facebook wall. This week our three-year old tot, Zeki, has gotten over the death of his old slant-faced grasshopper (Orthoptera: Acrididae) due to starvation! as he found easy replacements in abundant caterpillars on our front yard Rosal plant.
So in memory of the grasshopper who “volunteered” itself to be Zeki’s pet when it landed on our screen door over three weeks ago, we’re posting a photo of their happy times together.
That’s it for the week that WASPS!
